All of our ‘Boost’ Food Packs have been carefully planned by our chefs and nutritionists - led by food expert Lyndy Redding - to ensure every pack is balanced, nutritious and tasty, designed to sustain the body and mind. Wherever possible each pack will also include some treats.

A pack designed to provide energy on-the-go during the shift - contains a Juice Drink, a piece of fruit, a flapjack, nuts, sandwich and a granola bar.

Every BOOST Food pack has multiple products contained to ensure a full and balanced meal. To date we have packed and delivered over 1,000,000 items

A pack to take home at the end of a shift - designed to take the effort out of shopping and cooking a meal and give one less thing to worry Includes: A ready Meal, Juice Drink, fruit, brownie, Yoghurt an ice packs to ensure freshness.


The BOOST Food packs are designed and created by Absolute Taste with all the ingredients and products kindly donated by TESCO.

A box again that is delivered to the home of an infected isolating team member with nutritious food for 5 days. Again with ice packs and an insulated box for delivery.

We have over 1,000 volunteers signed up and on a roat system to pack the BOOST Food Packs Co-ordinated by Ex-Army and F1 team leaders.

A larger box designed to provide meals on the ward that the teams can pick from and take when they can. Includes 5x Ready Meals and sandwiches, drinks, pieces of fruit, flapjacks, nuts brownies, tea & coffee and energy bars. Ice packs are included to keep the products fresh.

Part of the very original concept of the project was to say a simple ‘thank you’ to the amazing teams working so hard to help their patients. The intention therefore is to put a ‘THANK YOU’ card in with every ‘BOOST’ MEAL PACKS. We have a printer who has kindly offered to print the first 10,000 cards for free.
